Did you check my previous Halal Recipe? if not lets check out it was Chicken Tikka Masala Fries. So today i decided to make Oreo Mousse dessert. Also Eid-Al-Adha is coming after 2 months so I decided to share Eid inspiration recipe since many of you liked the previous ones.
This recipe is really easy and fast to make – even i wad surprised by how quickly I made it! It tastes amazing, although it’s quite rich, so a little bit is enough. The mix of Oreos and Cream works wonderfully, and I think you’ll enjoy it too! Please tell me if you try this dessert.

Ingredients
Oreo Cookies: 7 pieces (crushed, some whole for garnish)
Cream: 2/3 cup (chilled)
Granulated Sugar: 1 tablespoon
Unsalted Butter: 1 tablespoon (melted)
Vanilla Extract: 1/3 teaspoon
Cream Cheese: about 2.7 ounces (softened)
Directions
Prepare the Base:
Crush 6 Oreo cookies finely and mix with melted butter.
Add the crushed Oreo cookies mixture to the two individual glasses to form a crust layer.
Put the glasses in the refrigerator for about 10 minutes.
Make the Mousse:
In a bowl, whip the heavy cream with sugar and vanilla extract until it forms stiff peaks.
In another small bowl, beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
Gently fold the whipped cream into the cream cheese until well combined for a smooth texture.
Layering:
With Spoon put the mousse over the chilled Oreo crust.
Optionally, sprinkle some crushed Oreos between layers for added texture.
Garnish and Chill:
Garnish the top with whole or halved Oreo cookies.
Chill the mousse in the refrigerator for at least 1 hours before serving.
