This blueberry juice is an energizing and refreshing drink, and perfect for the summer days. In this berry juice, there are many antioxidants, Vitamins, and Fiber included. You can enjoy this drink by making it at home in just 10 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups fresh blueberries 

  • 1 cup water (use can also use  coconut water for better taste)

  • 1 tablespoon sugar (optional) 

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice (optional, for a bit of flavor.)

  • Crushed ice

Directions

  • Wash the Blueberries properly under cold water.

  • Add the blueberries, sugar, water, and crushed ice into the juicer and blend it

  • If you like a smooth, pulp juice, then blend it for 1 minute, or if you do not like smooth and pulpy juice then blend the all mixture very well so berries are crushed properly.

  • Pour into glasses without sieve if you like pulpy and smooth juice. You can use sieve if you do like pulpy and smooth.
