Ingredients

  • 4 boneless, chicken breasts pieces (Medium Size)

  • 1 cup all-purpose flour

  • 2 Eggs

  • 1.5 cups breadcrumbs

  • 1 teaspoon salt

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder, you can also garlic paste 

  • Oil for frying (vegetable, canola, olive or another choice is yours)

Cooking Method

  • Take chicken breast boneless pieces put the plastic wrap on the top and gently pound them with a meat hammer until they are thick. 

  • Take a 3 plan plate or dishes.

    1. In 1st plate put the place the flour.
    2. In the second plate, beat the eggs. 
    3. In the third plate, mix the breadcrumbs with salt, pepper, garlic powder or paste, and paprika.
  • Take each chicken pieces and dip first in flour, shaking off any excess flour. Dip next into the egg mixture, then proper coat with the breadcrumb mixture, pressing to gently.

  • Take a Deep fryer or Fry pan, put the oil in it and heat the pan or deep dryer over medium-high heat .

  • Once the oil is hot, add the chicken cutlets pieces in it gently and cook until golden brown and cooked through.

  • When Chicken cutlets are properly cooked, take out from the deep fryer/fry pan to a plate lined with paper towels to drain excess oil.

  • Enjoy the crispy & crunchy chicken cutlets, you can serve with a side of mashed potatoes, steamed vegetables, or a fresh salad.
